New Products Corp Names Human Resources Manager

BENTON HARBOR, MI-- New Products Corporation (NPC) has announced the hiring of Julie Sparazynksi as the company’s new human resources manager. Sparazynski joins NPC with more than 20 years experience in human resources management in the manufacturing and construction industries.

Sparazynski most recently worked for more than 10 years as human resources manager for Rieth-Riley Construction Company in Goshen, Indiana.

“ I especially enjoy the manufacturing environment, because there is such a variety of work,” said Sparazynski, who will also supervise NPC’s information technology and security areas.

A graduate of Indiana University, Sparazynski earned a Bachelor’s degree with a dual major in personnel and industrial relations, and in business administration.

“ Julie’s extensive background and experience will greatly benefit our company as we continue to grow and add more people,” said Cheryl Miller, NPC president and CEO.

NPC also recently filled two additional fulltime positions, including Kandy Krump in scheduling and Johnny Woods as chief guard.
