Die Casting
NPC has fully automated, real time computer monitored, high pressure die cast machines. We produce low volume batch runs to fully automated high volume production quantities. We have a 24/5 operation, with expansion capabilities.

Equipment includes:
  • 450-800T Aluminum Alloy die casting machines accomodating parts from 1 oz to 15lbs, .5 sq. in to 250 sq. inches.
  • 200-650T Zinc Alloy die casting machines.
  • Striko stack melt furnaces.
  • State of the Art CNC machines.
NPC performs jobs from building complex new dies to quickly adapting transfer work. Our in-house tool facility provides responsiveness and flexibility to our customers needs. Having the latest machine technology produces consistent cycle times, reduced tool wear, low scrap rate and maximum productivity.

Our long-term average scrap rate is extremely low. Our long-term quality is industry-enviable, measured in single digit PPM.

NPC’s extensive use of robotics produces consistent part quality and high productivity. Striko metal melting furnaces provide consistent metal for quality parts without inclusions or hard spots. We also boast 100% on-time delivery.
